fall mini sessions!

These sessions are great for families, couples, maternity, and even solos!
They also come just in time before the holidays, so if you're needing to update those family photos and also want to send them as x-mas cards - here's your chance!

WHERE WILL THEy BE located?


This year, minis will be held at two locations: Napa and Alameda.

Both locations have been carefully chosen so that you can bring along your well-behaved fur babies, too.


For privacy purposes, the exact location to your session will only be provided when you book. But, to give you an idea of each location, the Napa sessions will be in a nicely secluded park (see the location example above). The Alameda location will be at a park with an open, grassy field, some shady trees, and the beach nearby. Photos will take place primarily on the field near some tress but the beach is available for those who want to have your photos at the beach!


These are quick 20-minute sessions but the same care, service, and fun will be brought on as I do with all my other regular sessions :)

I'm only offering minis once at this price year, so take advantage!

BECAUSE OF THE time limit, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND OF THE FOLLOWING:

To ensure there's enough time to get awesome and sweet photos of everyone, please keep your group to 6 people or less.

arrive on time


Your time slot is the only time for your session. Arriving late will affect the number of final edited photos I deliver to you.

NO RESCHEDULING

Due to the nature of the sessions, mini sessions cannot be rescheduled unless it's raining or (God forbid) there's another fire, then all sessions that day will be rescheduled to another day. The only way to "reschedule" your session is by booking a regular session. In the event this happens, your non-refundable retainer will be transferred to your new session date.

$50 from each session booked will be donated towards one of the fundraisers below, and you'll get to choose which one you'd like to support when you book your session:

The Sonoma County Resilience Fund


This org has been helping people in Sonoma County who were affected by the 2017 and 2019 fires. Now, funds are being collected to help people affected by the recent LNU Lightning Complex fire and pandemic. More about this fund can be seen at this link here.

California Immigrant Resilience Fund


This org helps undocumented immigrants & their families in CA during these tough times. Unlike US citizens, working undocumented immigrants don’t receive aid such as unemployment benefits & the COVID-19 relief/stimulus checks. Yet, they pay taxes (how insane and unfair is that??)! So this org distributes funds to help them, including the ones affected by both the fires and the pandemic. More about it can be read here.

At least 30 edited photos.
One 8x10 matted print mailed to your home. (Postage included).

the booking process

(you may have to scroll through the calendar to the session date to find the time slots) then fill out and send the form.

This temporarily holds your spot.

3. check email


Check your email.

You'll receive an invoice + contract within 2 - 8 hours (depending on what time you book/during my business hours) at the email you've provided in the form.

4. pay retainer


The $100 non-refundable retainer is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.

After 48 hours, you will lose your spot and you'll have to go through the process again.

5. you're Booked!

After I receive your retainer + signed contract, you're all set!

I will send you a questionnaire to help me prepare for your session + tally which org. you'd like to support.
